We take food very seriously at T.R.E.E.S! We are very conscientious of using local ingredients as much as we possibly can, thus cooking with the seasons. While there is no organic certification in Belize, we try to acquire all of our meat and produce from local farmers, especially those using organic and sustainable methods of farming. While on-site food growing is still in its infancy, we still try to acquire as much of our produce from the T.R.E.E.S property as possible. Our breads, sauces, stocks, juices, etc. are made from scratch limiting unnecessary preservatives, MSG, and the rest of the unnecessary evils. The menus will differ depending on groups and season and specific menus can be created depending on your group needs. We also cater to most diet types and restrictions including: vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerance, celiac, etc. Our menus are composed of a variety of dishes, from local Belizean classics to international classics, to just simple comfort food. We pride ourselves on our food and we assure you that you will have a great culinary experience.

Meals are served buffet-style in the main dining area that can host up to 40 guests. Fresh juice, coffee, and tea can be made available at all times for groups upon request. You also have access to unlimited purified drinking water and purified ice. Our center is a licensed facility and we offer wine and beer at Belizean prices and we also sell soft drinks such as Coke and Sprite. If you are a large group and know your group will likely be drinking quite a bit of wine, please let us know in advance as we do not stock large quantities of wine at the facility due to the warm weather. But Belikin beer is always available!
